          Toni is LORETA SANTOS, Make-Up Artist.  She is a certified ISO Internal Auditor who traded more than ten years of being in the corporate world to pursue her skill in make-up artistry.  To hone her talent, she studied make-up and hair styling at Ricky Reyes Learning Institute.  This internet cafe owner/manager specializes in wedding and the "no make-up look" which is the perfect make-up for cinema as well, and has been beautifying brides and women since 2000.
